Maple Berry Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups fat-free plain yogurt, divided 625 mL
  • 1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup, divided 125 mL
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, divided 250 mL
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries, divided 250 mL
  • 1 cup original granola cereal 250 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    Into each of four tall glasses, put 1/3 cup (75 mL) yogurt, 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup, 2 tbsp (30 mL) raspberries, 2 tbsp (30 mL) blackberries and finish with 2 tbsp (30 ml) granola. Repeat layers, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
