    Heat milk, stirring occasionally, in small saucepan set over medium-low heat until steaming. Whisk in hot chocolate dry mix until smooth. Stir in liqueur, if using. Pour into mug and serve with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.

Tip

Substitute toffee bits with mini dark chocolate chips.
