Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup 30 mL
  • 1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar 7 mL
  • 1 tsp Dijon Prepared Mustard 5 mL
  • 0 Pinch each salt and pepper 0
  • 1/4 cup canola oil 60 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, cider vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the canola oil until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Whisk again, taste and adjust salt and pepper if necessary before serving. Toss with baby spinach or your favourite salad greens.
