Chicken Naan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 Naans 0
  • 2 tbsp Tzatziki Yogourt & Cucumber Dip 30 mL
  • 3/4 cup Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided 175 mL
  • 1/2 Red pepper, cut into fine strips 0
  • 1 Cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded or finely sliced 0
  • 1 tbsp First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin 100% Olive Oil 15 mL
  • 0 Salt and pepper 0
  • 1 Green onion, thinly sliced 0

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lay naans on a baking tray. Spread tzatziki dip right up to the edges of each bread.

  • Step 2

    Top each naan with 1/4 cup (60 mL) mozzarella cheese, half the red pepper and chicken. Drizzle each pizza with olive oil and remaining mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 8 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
