Banana & Soy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk 375 mL
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into four
  • 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogourt 125 mL
  • 2 tbsp flax meal (ground flaxseed) 30 mL
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 15 mL
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a blender, add soy milk, banana pieces, yogourt, flax meal, almond butter and cinnamon. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into chilled glasses to serve.
